Just thought that I would pin this up and share that I did while researching found another site that allows you to renew your etsy listings all by its self. The site is called Renew Canoe. They say that its a bot that obeys all of your commands. It logs into your account and does all of the work for you. I did manage to find out what was the price to use this service. This is what they had on the FAQs:

There are two packages to choose from and then two different billing options. The Basic Canoe is $10 a month or $100 for a year subscription. The Pro Canoe costs $15 a month or a $150 a year subscription.
